Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

The Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of the organization’s network, server, cloud, and site technology services. You will work across multiple sites, supporting both core infrastructure and site‑specific technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Administer enterprise LAN/WAN, wireless, Internet, and VPN connectivity.
• Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, Microsoft 365, and cloud services.
• Implement and maintain security controls, endpoint protection, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Support infrastructure projects such as new site deployments, technology upgrades, testing, and handover.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, security gateways, web filtering, IPS/IDS, and VPN policies.
• Oversee site technology infrastructure including server rooms, structured cabling, Wi‑Fi, CCTV, access control, smart building systems, and Triple Play services.
• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, contractors, and internal stakeholders to meet SLAs and project timelines.
• Maintain documentation, network diagrams, asset inventories, and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 0‑5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems or network administration.
• Experience in multi‑site or enterprise environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, Windows Server, virtualization, and cloud services.
• Understanding of site‑specific technologies such as CCTV, access control, and smart building systems.
