About the role

We are seeking a motivated Information Technology Intern to join our IT team. This internship offers hands‑on experience across IT support, system administration, networking, and cybersecurity while working alongside seasoned professionals in a corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Support user account creation, password resets, and access management.
• Monitor IT systems, servers, and network performance.
• Help with software installation, updates, and patch management.
• Troubleshoot operating system and application problems.
• Maintain IT inventory and asset records.
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and user guides.
• Participate in data backup and recovery activities.
• Follow IT security policies and support cybersecurity best‑practice compliance.
• Contribute to IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects as assigned.
