Initiative Manager

About the role

The Initiative Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives across engineering, production, supply chain, procurement, and commercial functions. This role ensures projects meet defined objectives, KPIs, timelines, and budgets while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives and projects.
• Define project objectives, KPIs, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare dashboards and present progress reports to senior management.
• Drive operational excellence, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support digital transformation and new product development projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Proven track record in managing strategic initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership experience coordinating Engineering, R&D, Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
