Innovation Project Manager – MEA Region

About the role

Kraft Heinz is seeking an Innovation Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end Innovation and Lift & Launch projects across the MEA region. You will own the full project lifecycle, from idea generation through on‑time, on‑budget launch, working closely with cross‑functional and cross‑cultural teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and assign deliverables to team members.
• Review business cases, success criteria, risks, and contingency plans for each initiative.
• Lead multiple projects in parallel, ensuring efficient execution with a servant‑leadership mindset.
• Produce customized project reports that track performance KPIs.
• Analyze problems, synthesize information, and develop recommendations together with stakeholders.
• Document project scope, justification, risks, and execution details accurately.
• Support the PMO by improving processes, preparing governance meeting materials, and ensuring data integrity in internal innovation systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• PMP or equivalent project‑management certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Fluent English and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
