Inside Sales Consultant – B2B Technology Consulting

About the role

Syscort is seeking a proactive Inside Sales Consultant to join its commercial team. You will generate qualified business opportunities, engage prospective clients, and support the sales pipeline across the UAE, India, and global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and marketing campaigns.
• Research target companies, identify key decision‑makers, and qualify leads using BANT criteria.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Business Development and Consulting teams.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM and sales automation tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing on demand‑generation campaigns and follow‑up on leads.
• Record all customer interactions and opportunities accurately in the CRM.
• Conduct discovery conversations to match customer challenges with Syscort’s consulting, managed services, staffing, and technology solutions.
• Work with Practice Heads and Sales Managers to develop account‑penetration strategies and achieve monthly/quarterly KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, business development, lead generation or B2B sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
