About the role
El Raafat Group is seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join its sales team in Al‑Khanka. You will be the first point of contact for walk‑in customers, guiding them through the sales process and helping them find the right electrical products.
Key responsibilities
- Handle walk‑in customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable electrical products.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure product availability and order fulfillment.
- Keep customer and sales records up to date and stay familiar with product specifications, prices and availability.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, retail sales or inside sales (fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong communication, selling and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Responsible, punctual and customer‑oriented.
- Preference for candidates residing in Al‑Khanka or nearby areas.
