Inspection Manager

About the role

Latex Med for Plastic and Rubber Products, a member of the El‑Aggar Group, is seeking an experienced Inspection Manager to lead all inspection activities across its manufacturing sites. The role ensures that every product meets the highest quality standards and complies with customer and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage incoming, in‑process, and final product inspections.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve inspection procedures, plans, and quality standards.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate the inspection team to achieve high performance.
• Authorize product release decisions after reviewing inspection reports.
• Investigate quality issues, conduct root‑cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement, and Warehouse to resolve quality‑related problems.
• Monitor inspection KPIs, prepare performance reports, and ensure equipment calibration.
• Support internal and external audits and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Quality Control or Inspection within manufacturing.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial inspection role.
• Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques and management systems.
• Experience with ISO 9001, CAPA, root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Preferred background in medical gloves, rubber, plastics or chemical industries.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
