Institutional Medical Representative – Sharkia

About the role

The Institutional Medical Representative will promote Servier’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the Sharkia region, building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists and hospital staff while ensuring product visibility and awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders in the assigned territory.
• Educate professionals on product benefits and proper usage.
• Identify new sales opportunities and drive business growth.
• Ensure product availability and visibility in hospitals, clinics and pharmacies.
• Organise and attend medical conferences, product presentations and training sessions.
• Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
• Monitor sales targets and work towards achieving or exceeding them.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and market feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or medicine.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven attitude.
• Valid driver’s licence and personal transportation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
