Instock Manager – Strategic Initiatives (MENA)

About the role

The A‑Now team is building a new business from the ground up and needs a self‑starter who can quickly master a fast‑paced environment, forge strong cross‑functional relationships, and own complex inventory initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily inventory health metrics and accuracy.
• Develop and execute stock optimisation strategies to reduce excess and aged inventory.
• Analyse historical data to forecast demand and recommend order quantities.
• Partner with operations, transportation and procurement teams to align planning and execution.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects to enhance in‑stock performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, data science, engineering or similar.
• Proven ability to work with complex data sets and generate analytical insights.
• Strong written communication and concise documentation skills.
