Instructional Designer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, detail‑oriented Instructional Designer to create engaging online learning programs that combine creativity, structure, and technology. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering digital learning materials that boost learner engagement, retention, and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive eLearning courses, videos, and digital content using authoring tools.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to transform technical content into learner‑friendly modules.
• Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, and interactive exercises aligned with measurable objectives.
• Integrate and test content on LMS platforms, ensuring SCORM/xAPI compatibility.
• Apply adult‑learning principles and frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
• Design formative and summative assessments, case studies, and scenario‑based activities.
• Work with multimedia, design, and technology teams to ensure a seamless learner experience.
• Review and improve content based on learner feedback and performance data.
• Maintain consistency, accessibility (WCAG/ADA), and brand alignment across all materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning, or corporate training content development.
• Strong written communication and visualization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Articulate 360.
• Adobe Captivate.
• Camtasia.
• Vyond.
• Experience with LMS platforms and learning analytics.
• Knowledge of SCORM and xAPI standards.
• Familiarity with instructional frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles for eLearning environments.
