Instructional Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Instructional Designer to partner with subject‑matter experts and transform technical material into engaging learning experiences. You will design and deliver a variety of instructional assets that support our engineers, product teams, and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to collect technical content, product details, and engineering processes.
• Conduct behavioral and task analyses to define the scope, format, and medium of learning solutions.
• Convert design documents and specifications into effective e‑learning courses, instructor‑led training, and job aids.
• Design and update instructional materials using sound instructional design principles.
• Develop interactive, multimedia‑rich courses with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
• Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously improve outcomes.
• Apply creative techniques and pedagogical strategies to ensure learner engagement and success.
• Track performance metrics including solution quality, schedule variance, and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in instructional design and learning solution development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of learning theories, design models, and needs‑analysis methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proven project‑management abilities, including Agile concepts and managing competing priorities.
• Experience collaborating with remote, international stakeholders.
