Instructor Recruiter

About the role

Nafham, a personalized learning platform serving Egypt and the Gulf region, is looking for an Instructor Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for its teaching talent. You will source, assess, and onboard qualified instructors while delivering a smooth, positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish job ads on recruitment platforms and social media.
• Source qualified instructor candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of instructor talent.
• Contact candidates, schedule and conduct screening interviews.
• Evaluate candidates against hiring criteria and recommend suitable instructors.
• Manage the offer process, collect signed agreements and required documents.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Meet monthly hiring targets while ensuring recruitment quality and SLA compliance.
• Prepare weekly recruitment reports and keep hiring progress updated.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience; experience in the education sector is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
