About the role
This is a full‑time position for an Insurance Sales Agent based in Alexandria, Egypt, with the flexibility for partial work‑from‑home arrangements. The role involves acquiring and managing clients, selling life and takaful insurance products, providing customer service, and maintaining policy records.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire and manage a portfolio of clients.
- Sell life insurance and takaful products.
- Provide customer service and address client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of insurance policies.
- Meet established sales targets.
- Explain product benefits to prospects.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable policies.
- Handle questions or concerns about insurance plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong customer service and client relationship management abilities.
- Excellent sales skills with a proven ability to achieve targets.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
