Integrated Marketing Communication Manager

About the role

The Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) Manager will lead the planning and execution of synchronized communication programmes that promote the bank’s products and services, strengthen brand positioning and drive business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated communication plan across BTL, ATL and digital channels.
• Coordinate with lines of business and stakeholders to ensure consistent campaign messaging.
• Brief creative agencies, manage daily workflows and enforce project timelines.
• Monitor campaign performance, produce post‑campaign reports and compare results against objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and trend monitoring to uncover growth opportunities.
• Maintain a harmonised calendar of activities, product launches and branch marketing initiatives.
• Control budgets, track expenses and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Oversee branch and ATM branding, signage, posters and digital screen content.
• Participate in site inspections for new branches and define marketing budgets for those locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field; postgraduate certification is a plus.
• 7–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within banking or financial services.
