Integration Manager – eServices Portal

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Integration Manager to lead the design and implementation of integration solutions for a major e‑services portal. The role will involve building a single‑window portal using Angular.NET APIs, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, and integrating multiple government entities through an Azure‑based architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document integration architecture using Azure API Management, Functions, Service Bus and related services while ensuring compliance with government security and data‑privacy standards.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs with Azure API Management and implement message‑based integration patterns via Azure Service Bus.
• Configure Dataverse connectors, workflows and Power Platform components to enable seamless data exchange between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
• Deploy and optimise Azure resources (APIM, Functions, Service Bus, Storage, Redis Cache, Key Vault) for performance and scalability.
• Implement OAuth2, Azure AD authentication and role‑based access control; manage secrets and certificates in Azure Key Vault.
• Set up monitoring with Azure Monitor and Application Insights, troubleshoot issues and maintain integration health.
• Collaborate closely with frontend (Angular) and backend (.NET) teams and coordinate with government IT teams for external system integration.

Required profile

• 7‑12 years of experience in Azure Integration Services and large‑scale enterprise integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of event‑driven architecture, API orchestration and message queuing.
• Proven ability to work in multi‑stakeholder government environments and excellent documentation skills.
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert and Power Platform Solution Architect.
