About the role
The Internal Audit Executive will develop and execute the annual risk‑based audit plan, ensuring robust operational, financial and compliance audits across Scib Paints.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and conduct operational, financial and compliance audits.
- Evaluate internal controls, policies and procedures for adequacy and effectiveness.
- Identify process gaps, control weaknesses and cost‑saving opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to management.
- Monitor audit observations and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
- Conduct data analytics and continuous control monitoring activities.
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to drive process improvements.
- Support fraud reviews, investigations and special audit assignments.
- Coordinate with regional and global audit teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
- 7+ years of experience in Internal or External Audit.
- Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.
- Preferred certifications: CIA, CPA, CMA or similar.
Required skills
- ERP/SAP experience.
