Internal Audit Manager – Drive Risk & Efficiency

About the role

We are seeking an Internal Audit Manager to lead the planning, execution and reporting of audit activities across the business unit. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand objectives, assess risks and deliver actionable recommendations that improve efficiency and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and data analysis to define business unit objectives and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and schedule audit programmes using risk assessment tools and project‑management software to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Identify and evaluate risk areas through surveys and historical data review, shaping the annual audit plan.
• Perform audit procedures, develop criteria, review evidence and document findings using standardized templates.
• Prepare working papers, draft summary memos and use collaboration tools to communicate audit conclusions.
• Facilitate workshops to develop actionable audit findings and recommendations, promoting accountability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal audit, risk assessment and audit planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality documentation.
