Internal Communications Specialist

About the role

Nestlé is hiring an Internal Communications Specialist in Cairo on a contract basis. The role enhances employee engagement and builds a culture of transparency and collaboration by developing, implementing and managing internal communication strategies that reach employees across many channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create executive presentations, leadership narratives and storytelling materials using AI-powered design and content tools (e.g. Canva, Copilot, GenAI).
• Manage end-to-end delivery of employee engagement initiatives, leadership events, town halls and large corporate events, coordinating stakeholders, agencies, budgets, communications and logistics.
• Develop creative employee engagement campaigns that strengthen culture and support organisational transformation.
• Partner with senior leaders to turn complex business topics into clear, engaging, employee-centred communications.
• Explore new channels and formats such as podcasts, video storytelling, AI-generated content and digital employee experiences.
• Support employer branding and external communication when needed, keeping internal and external narratives aligned.
• Measure impact through analytics, employee feedback and engagement metrics to keep improving effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in mass communications, public relations or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, public relations or a related field.
• Experience planning and delivering events, campaigns and engagement initiatives, and managing agencies, vendors, budgets and partners.
• Advantage: exposure to external communications, employer branding or media relations.
