International Legal Associate – Remote

About the role

GOOD LAW INTERNATIONAL is seeking a motivated International Legal Associate to work remotely on a full‑time basis. You will join a diverse team advising international businesses, high‑net‑worth individuals and families across a range of legal matters, with a clear pathway to becoming a UK‑qualified solicitor.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on legislative changes.
• Draft and review legal documentation, including contracts, wills, and tax advice.
• Manage case deadlines, track progress and communicate updates to clients and colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and data security.
• Provide commercial‑focused advice and demonstrate leadership on client matters.

Required profile

• Law degree from an English‑section faculty, ranked in the top 30 of the class.
• 1‑2 years of practical corporate and commercial law experience.
• Excellent English proficiency (C2 level).
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet targets.
