International Sales Manager – Aviation Technology Services

About the role

United for Aviation Technology Services is looking for an experienced International Sales Manager to drive business development across global markets. You will identify new opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and lead the company’s growth in the aviation and engineering sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement international sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
• Generate leads through networking, market research, industry events, and digital channels.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements.
• Conduct presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare sales forecasts and business development reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5–9 years of experience in international sales, business development, or technical sales.
• Experience in engineering, industrial services, oil & gas, construction, manufacturing, or related sectors.
• Proven track record of generating business and closing deals in international markets.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Arabic) highly preferred.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
