Inventory Control Associate Manager

About the role

The Inventory Control Associate Manager will oversee cinema inventory to ensure seamless operations and a high‑quality customer experience. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, controlling costs, and minimizing waste while working closely with Cinema Managers and Inventory Supervisors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels, purchasing, replenishment, storage and allocation across cinema locations.
• Conduct regular stock takes, spot checks and investigations of discrepancies.
• Maintain and update Vista and POS systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
• Control cost of goods sold, reduce wastage, variances and losses while staying within approved budgets.
• Prepare and present inventory, sales and cost analysis reports with actionable recommendations.
• Monitor product quality, expiry dates and profit margins, and enforce OHS and legal standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of inventory or supply‑chain management experience in food service or retail.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment and work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using inventory management software.
• Knowledge of POS systems, including Vista.
• SKU management and data analysis capabilities.
