Inventory Control Specialist

About the role

The Inventory Control Specialist will manage daily inventory operations for our warehouses and retail locations in Cairo. This full-time, on-site position ensures accurate stock records, timely replenishment, and reliable product availability to support our fashion brands.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels across warehouses and stores, maintaining precise inventory records.
• Coordinate replenishment activities and align inventory with demand forecasts.
• Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement controls to reduce stockouts, overstock, and loss.
• Collaborate with production, sourcing, logistics, and retail teams to synchronize inventory with brand launches.
• Prepare regular inventory reports and support internal and external audits.
• Continuously improve inventory processes and system efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong inventory management and control experience, preferably in apparel, retail or manufacturing.
• Solid analytical abilities to interpret data and forecast demand.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Customer-service awareness to ensure product availability.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations or a related field (advantageous).

Required skills

• Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or comparable spreadsheet tools.
