Inventory Supervisor

About the role

The Inventory Supervisor will oversee inventory operations and stock control for administrative supplies, vehicle and machinery spare parts, and new hub setup materials. The role ensures accurate tracking, efficient handling, and stable availability of stock to support Bosta’s logistics services.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day inventory activities across warehouses and hubs.
• Manage inventory for administrative supplies, vehicle spare parts, machinery spare parts, and new hub equipment (e.g., fans, tools).
• Monitor stock levels and trigger timely replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
• Facilitate fast inventory processing and smooth material flow between warehouses, hubs, and internal departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant inventory or logistics experience.
• Professional certifications are a plus.
