IT Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an IT Analyst to provide end‑to‑end support for our technology environment. You will work closely with business teams to translate needs into reliable IT solutions while ensuring services remain highly available and performant.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incidents, service requests, and system changes using ITSM processes.
• Monitor IT services to guarantee high availability and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and technologies.
• Analyze business needs and recommend technical improvements.
• Contribute to IT projects, system enhancements, and technology roll‑outs.
• Maintain system documentation and provide user training.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and governance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver services.
• Drive continuous improvement of IT processes and user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT Support, IT Service Management or IT Project Management.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of IT governance, security and compliance practices.
