IT Digital & Support Analyst

About the role

Sika is looking for an IT Digital & Support Analyst to design, develop, and maintain digital solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem while providing reliable technical support across multiple sites. The role combines application development, data reporting, and hands‑on IT support for a global specialty chemicals company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications on Microsoft Power Platform, translating business needs into scalable digital solutions and integrating with ERP, databases or APIs.
• Create, manage and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data quality and supporting KPI definition.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for end‑users, troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, and manage help‑desk tickets within SLA targets.
• Deliver onsite IT support across various plants, coordinate with central IT teams and external vendors to maintain infrastructure performance.
• Administer user accounts in Active Directory/Azure AD, assist with system updates, deployments and patching, and keep technical documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support and/or application development, preferably in a corporate or industrial environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, effective communication in English, and willingness to travel between sites.
