IT Enablement Tech Specialist

About the role

Vodafone is looking for an IT Enablement Tech Specialist to support and maintain a range of IT systems, including servers, Citrix environments, databases, applications, and printing services. The role provides Level 2 support, ensures system reliability, and works closely with internal teams and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in administration and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers, including monitoring, patching, and updates.
• Support Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, managing StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and machine catalogs.
• Maintain enterprise printing infrastructure, install printers, configure queues, and troubleshoot printing issues.
• Administer Microsoft SQL Server environments, monitor health, perform backups, and execute basic SQL queries.
• Provide Level 2 support for enterprise applications, handling installations, configurations, and vendor coordination.
• Respond to incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
