IT Help Desk – Support Engineers & Designers

About the role

We are looking for an IT Help Desk professional to provide comprehensive hardware and software support to employees, especially engineers and designers in the Design Department. The role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting a range of engineering and graphic design applications to ensure optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Install, activate, update and troubleshoot engineering (AutoCAD, Revit, FluidFlow) and graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Inspect, maintain, assemble and configure computer systems, peripherals and high‑end workstations, resolving hardware failures.
• Manage, log and resolve daily IT support tickets in a systematic manner.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT Help Desk, Technical Support or Desktop Support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, FluidFlow.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with high‑end workstations, advanced GPU configurations and rendering issues.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
