IT Help Desk Technician

About the role

We are looking for an IT Help Desk professional to provide first‑line technical support for hardware, software, network and system issues. The role involves installing, configuring and maintaining computers, printers, network devices and user accounts, as well as troubleshooting connectivity problems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for hardware, software, network and system‑related issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, network devices and user accounts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Wi‑Fi, VPN, internet connectivity and network access problems.
• Monitor network performance, apply security updates and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
• Maintain IT assets, support records and perform preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.
• Escalate complex technical or network issues to higher‑level IT support and coordinate with vendors when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Network Support.
• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting network connectivity and end‑user technical issues.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
