IT Infrastructure Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to define and execute our infrastructure strategy, ensuring reliable, secure and high‑performance services across the organization. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on leadership of a diverse technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the IT infrastructure roadmap, capacity plans and budgeting aligned with business goals.
• Oversee all infrastructure assets, including servers, cloud services, networking, CCTV, security systems and service‑desk operations.
• Manage backup, disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity processes, guaranteeing validation and testing.
• Ensure high availability of critical applications and enterprise systems.
• Lead, coach and evaluate the infrastructure team to build deep technical expertise.
• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, email services, user policies and file‑sharing solutions.
• Supervise virtualization (VMware ESXi, vCenter) and Hyper‑Converged Infrastructure environments.
• Direct data‑center operations, production support, database administration and network infrastructure (Racks, UPS, SAN, switches, security).
• Manage WAN/LAN, SD‑WAN, VPN, routers, firewalls and overall network security.
• Oversee voice systems, SIP trunks and IVR for the company hotline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of IT infrastructure experience, including managerial responsibilities.
• Proven strategic planning, budgeting and capacity‑planning capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team‑management abilities.
