About the role
The IT Network Administrator is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining the company’s network across headquarters and retail locations. The role ensures stable connectivity, handles troubleshooting, and implements basic security measures to protect the infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure, analyze, and upgrade network components for organization‑wide use (HQ and stores).
- Provide network connectivity for all devices and peripherals.
- Secure HQ and store networks by developing and implementing access controls, monitoring, and evaluation systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on network equipment, testing and adjusting to meet standards.
Required profile
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote access tools.
- Strong network troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience in infrastructure management.
- CCNA certification is mandatory.
