IT Service Desk/Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Service Desk/Technical Support Engineer to provide first‑ and second‑level support in a manufacturing environment. The role ensures stable operation of corporate IT systems and reliable connectivity to production (IT/OT) systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide IT support for office and factory users, covering hardware, software and Windows issues.
• Manage user accounts and access rights via Active Directory.
• Support Microsoft 365, email services and basic application/system changes.
• Troubleshoot LAN connectivity (active & passive) and endpoint problems.
• Perform first‑level troubleshooting for SAP incidents and route cases to the appropriate SAP domain.
• Support MES and shop‑floor terminals.
• Coordinate with automation teams on PLC/SCADA workstation connectivity issues.
• Follow IT security policies and access‑control procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT/Technical Support or System Support.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with willingness to learn manufacturing systems.
