IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide both on‑site and remote technical assistance to our end users. You will be the first point of contact for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring smooth daily operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site and remote technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as PCs, printers, and network devices.
• Support Microsoft environments, including user accounts, email, and access management.
• Resolve network‑related issues, covering LAN/WAN and Wi‑Fi connectivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Good understanding of networking concepts at a CCNA level.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (user management, permissions).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Microsoft Windows environments.
• Proficiency in hardware installation and troubleshooting.
