About the role
SkyBird Travel is seeking a Japanese‑speaking Tour Operator to join its Cairo office on a full‑time basis. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about tourism and eager to work with Japanese, Malaysian, Turkish, Brazilian and American markets.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and coordinate guided tours for Japanese‑speaking clients.
- Handle daily customer service inquiries, reservations and sales transactions.
- Provide accurate travel information and support throughout the customer journey.
- Maintain tour itineraries, documentation and booking systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tours.
Required profile
- Experience in customer service and reservations.
- Strong sales orientation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent Japanese language skills (mandatory).
- Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
