Junior Accountant – Entry Level Finance Role

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team in New Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position offers hands‑on experience with core accounting processes and a clear path for professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting tasks such as data entry, ledger maintenance, and record‑keeping.
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests accurately.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Assist senior accountants in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Detail‑oriented, highly motivated and eager to learn.
• Foundational understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Bookkeeping and general ledger management.
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable handling.
• Basic financial reporting.
