Junior AP/AR Accountant – Residential

About the role

Polaris Parks is looking for a Junior Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Accountant to support the residential finance function. The role will handle day‑to‑day AP or AR tasks, ensure accurate transaction processing and help maintain compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Process vendor and contractor invoices, match them against contracts and purchase orders, and execute payments (AP track).
• Manage installment‑based customer collections, perform account reconciliations and maintain the AR aging report (AR track).
• Use the Odoo ERP system to record and monitor financial transactions.
• Ensure accuracy, timely follow‑up and adherence to VAT, withholding tax and installment payment rules.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of progressive experience in AP or AR, preferably in residential real‑estate or property development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of VAT/withholding tax (AP) or installment payment structures (AR).
• Strong command of English.
• Residence in or near 6th of October City.

• Microsoft Excel (advanced).
