About the role
KAD Commercial Property Management is looking for a motivated Junior Architect to join its Heliopolis office. The role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience who are eager to contribute to retail‑focused architectural projects.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from a recognized private university with a graduation grade of at least "good".
- Maximum of two years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Awareness of retail market brands and familiarity with documentation and manuals is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficient use of AutoCAD.
- Experience with Photoshop.
- Knowledge of 3D Studio Max.
- Ability to work with Sketchup.
- Competent in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
