Junior Art Director

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Art Director to join our creative team and help shape the visual identity of our digital marketing projects for clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall visual style and creative direction for digital campaigns.
• Create graphics, illustrations, and images for social media, websites and other digital assets.
• Perform advanced photo editing and retouching for campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and stay up‑to‑date with design trends.
• Lead, mentor and review the work of junior graphic designers.
• Manage workflow, timelines and deliverables to meet quality standards.
• Oversee production of social media videos, motion graphics and visual effects.
• Collaborate with content, marketing and strategy teams to translate ideas into visual concepts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media design and branding.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Professional video editing tools (e.g., Premiere, After Effects).
• Motion graphics creation.
• UI/UX design basics.
