Junior Art Director

About the role

Dot IT is looking for a creative and motivated Junior Art Director to shape visual concepts for digital marketing projects. You will work remotely with a dynamic team, contributing to branding, social media, and campaign design for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the visual style and creative direction for all digital marketing assets.
• Create graphics, illustrations, and images for social media platforms and digital campaigns.
• Perform advanced photo editing and retouching for websites and promotional materials.
• Lead, mentor, and review work of graphic designers, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
• Oversee production of social media videos, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and strategy teams to translate ideas into compelling visual concepts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media design and branding, including logo and visual identity creation.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Professional video editing tools (e.g., Premiere, After Effects).
• Motion graphics creation.
• UI/UX design fundamentals.
