About the role
Kraft Heinz is seeking a Junior Brand Manager to lead the White Sauces category across the Middle East and Africa (MEA). Reporting to the Head of Brand Build MEA, you will own the strategy, innovation pipeline and communication for products such as Heinz Mayonnaise, salad dressings and condiments.
Key responsibilities
- Support the 3‑year and 10‑year strategic plan by analysing current business performance, consumer trends and market gaps.
- Develop and maintain an innovation pipeline aligned with winning platforms for the category.
- Conduct market, competition and consumer research to inform business decisions and corrective actions.
- Lead, align and monitor marketing campaigns from planning through execution, ensuring consistency with brand objectives and JTBD.
- Maintain a consistent brand look and feel across MEA in line with brand guidelines.
- Drive innovation projects, define the 6 Ps for new products and track performance, taking corrective actions as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Passionate about food, culture and emerging trends.
- Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset with experience in testing and optimisation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Result‑oriented, proactive problem‑solver with solid leadership capabilities.
