About the role
The Junior Business Development Engineer will drive growth by identifying new market opportunities, generating high‑quality leads, and building strong client relationships within the construction sector. The role combines strategic prospecting with hands‑on sales activities to meet revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Generate high‑quality leads and maintain a robust client pipeline.
- Develop, nurture, and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings and present company products and services effectively.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on commercial quotations and proposals.
- Monitor market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related commercial role.
- Experience in construction, building materials, or ready‑mix concrete sectors is preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
