About the role

Ventures ONSITE is seeking a Junior Business Development Sales Coordinator to support its subscription‑based platform that provides detailed information on construction projects across the Middle East. The role focuses on generating qualified meetings for the business development team and helping expand the client base in the construction and energy sectors.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify prospective companies for the Ventures ONSITE platform.
  • Schedule a target number of qualified meetings each month and track annual meeting goals.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences to promote products and services.
  • Assist the Account Manager with sales and marketing activities.
  • Support the Research Team by gathering information for product improvement.

Required profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination or pre‑sales.
  • Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
  • Understanding of the construction and energy sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting lead‑generation targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated, able to work independently and within a team.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professional client handling.
