Junior Corporate Lawyer

About the role

Legal Fair, a reputable law firm in Egypt, is seeking two Junior Corporate Lawyers to join its Corporate Law team in Cairo. This full‑time position is ideal for a motivated legal graduate who wants to develop expertise in corporate and commercial matters within a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior lawyers in the execution of corporate and commercial transactions.
• Draft, review and revise contracts, legal documents and internal policies.
• Conduct legal research, prepare memoranda and reports.
• Support company formation, licensing procedures and regulatory filings.
• Communicate professionally with clients, government agencies and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Law degree obtained from an English‑section program or an equivalent qualification.
• 0–2 years of experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated interest in corporate legal work.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• High attention to detail and professional demeanor.
