Junior Digital Designer

About the role

DiDi Global Inc. is looking for a Junior Digital Designer to support the creation and execution of brand and marketing campaigns for its ride‑hailing app. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to produce visual assets that enhance brand awareness and drive user engagement across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual assets for in‑app, digital and offline marketing campaigns while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and other teams to ensure designs meet campaign objectives.
• Generate innovative concepts that align with business goals and brand strategy.
• Conduct research on target audiences and competitor designs to inform creative decisions.
• Organise design files, maintain clear project structures and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Present design ideas effectively to stakeholders and participate in brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in applied arts, fine arts or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and layout.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
