Junior Digital Designer

About the role

As a Junior Digital Designer you will support the creation and execution of brand and marketing campaigns for DiDi’s ride‑hailing app. You will develop visual designs for in‑app, digital and offline channels, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual designs for in‑app, digital and offline campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, adhering to style, fonts and colors.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and other teams to produce cohesive designs aligned with campaign goals.
• Generate innovative design concepts that support business objectives and brand strategy.
• Conduct research on target audience preferences and competitor designs to inform decisions.
• Organise design files and maintain clear project structures.
• Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new perspectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts, Fine Arts or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout and visual hierarchy.
