Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

Buzz Marketing Solutions is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to create compelling visual assets for both digital and print campaigns. You will work closely with account managers, copywriters, and digital teams to ensure every piece aligns with client brand guidelines and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop social media graphics, banners, and video snippets for client campaigns.
• Design layouts for print collateral such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate marketing concepts into visual solutions.
• Provide art direction and feedback during the creative review process.
• Adapt designs quickly based on performance data, trending topics, or client feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience designing for social media within an agency or brand environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital graphics and video work.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced agency setting.
• Excellent communication skills to present design decisions to non‑design stakeholders.
