About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Junior Import Logistics Specialist to support our inbound shipment processes. You will be responsible for entering shipment data, auditing documents, and keeping our ERP system up‑to‑date to ensure smooth import operations.
Key responsibilities
- Enter shipment data and follow up on invoices through the ERP system.
- Review and audit shipping and inbound shipment documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate system updates.
- Maintain organized records and support overall import logistics processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- High speed and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
