Junior Real Estate Agent – New Cairo

About the role

EgyProperty is looking for a motivated recent graduate to join its team as a Real Estate Agent in New Cairo. You will work on‑site, assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while delivering a professional and seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and showcase listings to prospective buyers and tenants.
• Create and update property listings on online platforms.
• Prepare and manage transaction documentation.
• Coordinate viewings and follow up with clients.
• Provide market insights and answer client inquiries.
• Maintain relationships with owners, buyers, and tenants.
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate license or ability to obtain one within a defined timeframe.
• Recent graduate in business, marketing, real estate or a related field (preferred).
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with New Cairo neighborhoods and local market dynamics.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage time effectively and handle multiple listings.

Required skills
