Junior Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our Shutter Shop store in Cairo. You will be the first point of contact for photography enthusiasts and professionals, helping them find the right gear and enjoy a seamless shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assess their photography needs.
• Recommend cameras, lenses and accessories that match those needs.
• Conduct in‑store sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
• Answer product questions, demonstrate features and provide after‑sale support.
• Assist with inventory organization, stock replenishment and basic merchandising.
• Follow up on potential leads and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Basic knowledge of cameras, lenses and photography equipment, with a willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail, reliability in handling transactions and organized approach to stock.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Availability to work on‑site in Cairo, including weekends or peak retail hours.
• Previous experience in retail, sales or photography is advantageous but not mandatory.
