Key Account Manager – B2B Marketplace

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to join our B2B marketplace platform. You will be responsible for building strong, long‑term relationships with senior decision‑makers at strategic retailer and supplier accounts, driving growth and ensuring a seamless ordering experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high‑level relationships with senior stakeholders across assigned key accounts.
• Research, identify, and engage potential strategic partners aligned with Cartona’s objectives.
• Create demand for Cartona’s products and services and close new sales opportunities.
• Achieve revenue targets by increasing gross merchandise value (GMV) per account.
• Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with customers to align needs with Cartona’s offerings.
• Provide excellent service and resolve operational issues between suppliers, restaurants, and the company.
• Deliver quarterly reviews to partners highlighting growth areas and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal departments to execute strategies and meet brand requirements.
• Maintain accurate activity records in Excel and internal systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in key account management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking, problem‑solving ability, and flexibility to adapt to market changes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
