Key Account Manager – Egypt (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

SharkNinja is looking for a results‑driven Key Account Manager to lead business development in Egypt. Based remotely in Cairo, you will work closely with product, marketing and digital teams to grow existing accounts and launch new categories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy that exceeds sales and margin targets.
• Launch new Shark and Ninja products and grow the core category in the Egyptian market.
• Plan and run on‑line, in‑store and off‑page activities to drive strong sales performance.
• Provide accurate forecasts aligned with company goals.
• Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with retailers.
• Interpret market and sell‑out data to identify business opportunities.
• Organise trade shows, retail events and represent the brands professionally.
• Report on competitive activities, pricing and identify new retail partners.
• Participate in sales meetings, tradeshows and other company events as required.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Minimum 7 years of successful sales experience, preferably in consumer goods.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Proven ability to analyse sales data and make informed decisions.
